The term 'Support' has a double meaning to us at Limetrees Services because we not only support local authorities with their placement needs, we also support those accessing our service.
Therefore, we pride ourselves in developing good relationships with placing authorities and key individuals such as placement teams, social workers and managers. We offer realistic solutions, put the necessary risk assessments and support plans in place which clearly identify what support we will provide. We enjoy providing feedback both formal and informal about the progress of placements in addition to assessing and monitoring outcomes and progress. By continually keeping the doors of communication open we find we are all working together and information is shared.
Those accessing our service of outreach, semi-independence, independent living or after-care are important to us. Our first and final priority with each service user is to involve them as much as possible with the service delivery. This is to ensure that we can offer not only standard support but specific support in areas that are important to the service user. In this way, it is anticipated that those placed at Limetrees Services can identify interests, take action, make progress, achieve and attain based on their needs and aligned to support plans.
